All units also come equipped with ceiling fans, clock radios, separate sitting areas and kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens and utensils. The Mountain Brook Cottages Sylva features several recreational facilities. These include a spa tub, a game room, a playground, a picnic area, a trout pond and a nature trail. The Mountain Brook Cottages Sylva was constructed in 1930s and was bought by the recent innkeepers in 1979.
