A stunning resort in the Pilansberg National Park land with a large outdoor pool and beautifully maintained gardens. Situated within Pilansberg National Park and just a 5 minute drive from Sun City. Built high on a hill top the lodge offers magnificent views of the malaria free Pilansberg Park. A stunning resort in the Pilansberg National Park land. These thatched lodges are discreetly hidden amongst the park bush are built from wood. A small lobby far removed from the hotel experience offering guests a warm welcome. One double bed, two single beds, open plan lounge with fireplace, sunken bath overlooking the plains, shower over bath, fully stocked mini bar, bird books, magazines, plug points, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a safety deposit box. Price includes transfers between neighboring Bakubung Lodge and Tshukudu, accommodation, welcome drinks on arrival, high tea, two game drives, five course dinner, brunch and local beverages. The Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated in the north eastern region of the Pilanesberg National Park; the closest point of entry is through Bakgatla Gate. The park has the big 5 as well as a variety of other animals and nearby Sun City Complex provides a range of activities such as hot air ballooning. There are 59 standard suites at the Ivory Tree Game Lodge which include en-suite bathroom and outside shower, patio, air-conditioner, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar fridge. An additional third bed can be added for a child. There are also 4 executive suites available which have the same inclusions as the standard suites with the addition of a lounge and private plunge pool. The main lodge of the Ivory Tree Game Lodge consists of a swimming pool, a lounge flowing onto an outdoor patio, curio shop, 2 conference facilities, a spa and bush dinner venue as well as a boma.
