Laggan Hotel is located in the Cairngorm National Park and sits in an elevated position surrounded by magnificent views of both the Cairngorms and Monadhliath Mountails. The hotel is in a tranquil setting and lends itself to a quiet and peaceful Highland retreat. The location is an ideal tourist base for the Highlands of Scotland. As you start to unwind in our conservatory, you will feel the tranquility wash over you as you enjoy the mountain views, as the landscape rolls down into the surrounding lush countryside. Within the Cairngorm National Park outdoor activities are abound, such as the hotel being in close proximity to 3 golf courses, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, pony trekking, hill walking, path walking, clay pigeon shooting, sleighing, and skiing in season. Alternatively there are lots of whisky distilleries close by, Blair Castle, Culloden etc. We serve delicious meals and guests can unwind in the warm, cosy, relaxing bar or conservatory witha drink which has real fires. The hotel is family run and every effort will be made to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Opening 2008 our Model Railway will amuse the youngsters (and maybe the not so young as well).
