The resort offers a total of 27 superb, brand new semi-detached family houses, suitable for up to 8 persons, with a private garage and garden and a communal pool. The resort is situated in the heart of Moncofar on a wide pedestrian street with a cycle way which leads to the sea, 500 m away. There are two supermarkets in the vicinity of the resort. The whole resort is closed off and there is a pedestrian zone to be used only by the resort's guests. On the ground floor of each unit there is a spacious lounge with a sofa bed and terrace and a completely separated kitchen with ceramic hobs, a cooker, fridge, washing machine and kitchenware. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom. On the terraced roof there is a solarium and a terrace. Each accommodation unit feature a spacious 4-vehicle garage as standard. There is an outdoor swimming pool within the hotel's grounds and guests can relax on the sun deck. Keys are to be collected in the Residencial El Poblado (sales office) between 5 pm and 8 pm.
