1. The Black Bull Bed and Breakfast Middleham

Address: Market Place, Middleham, United Kingdom

Set in North Yorkshire, The Black Bull Inn provides a lot of activities that attract a lot of tourists daily. Middleham is famous for it's racehorses and several stables that surrond the village. On mornings, tourists are usually treated to a magnificant sight of the horses coming past the pub, and at the top of the village. We also have excellent fishing rivers, there are two rivers that run into Middleham, and these are the River Ure and the River Cover. Middleham is just outside the North Yorkshire National Park which provides tremendous walks in the moors. There are also a number of castles and abbeys surronding Middleham but Middleham Castle itself was home to Richard llV. The castle is now open to the public, so why not make a visit and learn some historical facts about his reign. The Bull Inn is perfect base for families, with Forbidden Corner is just two miles away from Middleham, this has proven to be very popular with kids and adults of all ages! However, we are also perfect for a quiet get-a-way as there is very rarely a lot of traffic that goes through the village. The Black Bull Hotel is a very traditional pub, specialising in traditional beers, ciders and lagers. In summer, there are tables out on the front for people to sit, with warm and inviting fires in the winter. We only do traditional homecooked pub food, at a reasonable price.
