A fully-equipped hotel developed in a former coaching inn built in the 19th century. The rooms, renovated five years ago, have kept their traditional style and Empire furniture. Some of them still have exposed beams. Outside, in the three-hectare park, there is a garden, terrace, vegetable garden and a swimming pool, all ensuring peace and quiet and an entertaining stay. The chef succeeds in combining the most delicate flavours. For example, try out the roast Dublin bay prawns with verbena juice. This is a splendid place to spend the night in the heart of the Sarthe countryside certain to delight the most demanding gourmets.
