Sean Ogs Hotel and Holiday Cottages is a perfect place for families and groups to explore the sunny southeast. It is located in the quiet and charming village of Kilmuckridge and is only a 2 minute walk to the centre. At Sean Ogs Hotel there are 20 luxurious appointed en-suite bedrooms and 15 four star Holiday Cottages. All rooms are equipped tea and coffee facilities, television, hair dryer, air conditioning and direct dial telephones. With the hotel being managed by a dedicated team of staff, you are always assured of a friendly welcome. Benefiting from its own free private car park it offers easy access to coach parties and families. The hotel boasts an excellent a la Carte menu in our Waves Restaurant, delicious bar food together with an exciting wine list. All our 4 star holiday cottages are situated in a cul-de-sac at the rear of the hotel with easy access to hotel facilities for all our staying guests. Each modern cottage comprises of three bedrooms, which sleeps seven adults, including master bedroom with en-suite. All houses come complete with fully fitted kitchens, exceptional living rooms with television and a Jacuzzi bath in main bathroom for added luxury. All have fireplaces, storage heating and double glazed windows giving additional luxury, comfort and warmth. Days can be spent with leisurely walks of discovering both historical and natural visitor attractions in the area such as Golden Mile Beach, which has been a designated Heritage Site and nearby historic village of Morriscastle with its Norman ruins. Kilmuckridge is a great base from which to explore Wexford's coast, which is very scenic and is extremely rich in wild life. There is excellent deep-sea fishing and great angling to be had inland on Blackwater River and on Lough Mahon, which is well stocked with rainbow trout. Also there is shore fishing at Tinaberna and morriscastle beach. For golfers we are the ideal location with more than seven outstanding courses with 40 minutes drive, while some are only minutes away, for example Blackwater golf course.
