The new Robin Hood airport is just a short drive from the hotel. The hotel is located next to the race course, right next to the city centre. The shops are all within walking distance. You may arrive any time until 11p. m when the hotel closes. If you expect to arrive after 11p. m, you must contact the hotel directly in advance to make the necessary arrangements. The hotel is modern with a pleasant facade. All of the rooms are either twin or double rooms and have facilities such as remote control tv, sky channels, wake up call, direct dial telephone and tea / coffee making. All the rooms are standard in size and condition and all are en suite. Furnishings are quite basic, but are modern and perfectly adequate. The bistro restaurant serves an excellent range of dishes in buffet style. International cuisine is available, but this bistro specialises in French cuisine. There is a small seating area in this modern, medium sized lobby. 10 kms to the airport (doncaster finningley), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 3 km to the nearest station (doncaster), 3 kms to city centre, 53 kms to the airport (leeds/bradford), 68 km to the nearest fair site (harrogate intl centre).
