Today the Crown continues its tradition of warm hospitality with excellent accommodation and outstanding food for which it is so well known. Character and atmosphere with exposed beams, stonework and large inglenook, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and furnished to provide a perfect setting. Cooking is up to date and imaginatively prepared with seasonal menus using fresh local produce, fish is a speciality. The thoughtful wine list put together using local merchants and includes a wide range of fine Ports, Armagnacs and Cognacs. Eighteen beautiful en-suite bedrooms, individually decorated to make the most of the period style of The Crown.
