The Hotel has a central location on the main road that brings to city centre and port. The railway station is opposite the Hotel and there s easy access to motorway and airport. Good position for all transports links. 09/10 R. O. It is a traditional 3 storey building. Original facade is dated back to 1940's but needs repainting. Breakfast room is in good order throughout. Extended continental breakfast is served. The lobby is rather small and still with 80's style furniture. A wooden reception desk is just at entrance while at the back there is a large sitting area where clients can relax and read. Good order and tidiness throughout. While the hotel's exterior and main areas needs renovations, all rooms have been recently renovated and of good quality. New carpets and decor, functional facilities. Majority of rooms have window at the back of the building so that peace and quietness are guaranteed during the night. Bathrooms are in good conditions. 1 km to the nearest fair site (fiera di ancona), 1 kms to city centre, 15 kms to the nearest airport (falconara), 2 km to the nearest beach, 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, Close to the station (ancona).

Very centrally located, the hotel is just a stroll away from the city harbour and also close to the railway station (2 kms). Traditional hotel in a central location. R. O. 06/08. Large historical building. Medium in size, the reception is a long hall with marble flooring mostly covered with dark coloured Arabic carpets. Floral decorations are discretely placed around. A comfortable sitting area is placed at the left side from the hall and as well as a separate bar area. Medium in size, the rooms are in the typical style of the 70's, simple and sober in the decorations but functional. Bathrooms are in good order throughout. The restaurant is a very large and elegant marble-paved room and it is only accessable from the outside. It serves typical dishes of the area, as usual on the Adriatic coast, the specialities are fish menus. 11 kms to the nearest airport (falconara), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 3 km to the nearest station (ancona marittima).
