Northumberland is a beautiful place with some of the most spectacular countryside views in the country. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied throughout your holiday and stunning scenery just on your doorstep. For the keen hill walker there is mile upon mile of well marked footpaths and the Cheviot Hills contain some of the most challenging routes in the UK for mountain biking.
